1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dototo" — refers to the online betting and casino platform operating at https://dototo.cam, including all associated services, tools, and content.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile-optimized interface, and any application or software provided by dototo for accessing gaming and betting services.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Funds" — the balance of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) held in a User's Account, including deposits and winnings.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by dototo subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid identification documents, including the Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other eligible market on the Platform.
• "Winnings" — amounts credited to a User's Account as a result of a successful Bet or game outcome.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations, draw schedules, and customer service hours.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of dototo is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dototo enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders in line with Indonesian responsible gaming standards and international best practice.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be self-excluded from dototo or any other gaming platform under an active exclusion agreement.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of dototo or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of dototo's services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. The following terms govern Account registration:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dototo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or trigger additional verification requirements.
5. Account Suspension: dototo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated or if continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dototo is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed or above a defined deposit threshold.

Required Documents: Users must submit a clear, unaltered photograph or scan of their Indonesian KTP (national identity card). Additional documents, such as proof of address or a selfie holding the KTP, may be requested at dototo's discretion.

Processing Time: KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document su bmission during standard WIB business hours. Documents submitted outside business hours may take up to 48 hours to process.

Refusal to Verify: If a User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested, dototo reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal access, or terminate the Account entirely.

Data Handling: All KYC documents are stored and processed in accordance with dototo's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dototo are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the movement of Funds into and out of your Account:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000.
• Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• Deposits are credited to your Account within minutes for e-wallet transactions and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers, subject to banking system availability.
• dototo does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's operating hours and any additional verification requirements.
• dototo reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Funds will only be remitted to accounts verified as belonging to the Account holder.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. dototo may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25.000 against the Account balance. Users will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dototo offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before they or any associated Winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free bets expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the Account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless dototo explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: dototo monitors bonus usage. If there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to lock in guaranteed returns — dototo reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any Winnings derived from it.
• Modification and Withdrawal: dototo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, at least 48 hours' notice will be given to affected players.
• Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions may be offered during Indonesian cultural and public holiday periods, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and validity windows.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on dototo is governed by the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once dototo's system has accepted it and a confirmation reference number has been issued. dototo reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation, including where market integrity concerns arise.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Limits may vary by sport, event, and market type.
• Void Bets: dototo may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds published due to system error, event cancellation, match postponement beyond a defined period, or evidence of match manipulation.
• Live Betting: In-play betting is subject to delays and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
• Togel Markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are taken from officially published sources. dototo does not control draw outcomes and cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy between a draw result and a User's expectations.
• Casino Game Results: All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RNG certificates are available upon request.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Users who discover such errors must report them to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Conducting or facilitating unauthorized commercial gambling operations using the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any software provided by dototo.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of dototo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without dototo's express prior written permission.

The dototo name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of dototo. Unauthorized use of any dototo trademark is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dototo's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dototo shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside dototo's reasonable control, including internet outages, banking system downtime, natural disasters, or government action.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dototo's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. dototo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, KTP information, financial transaction records, and betting history. This data is used to operate the Platform, process transactions, fulfill legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve user experience.

dototo implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls, to protect your personal data. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments

dototo reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dototo holds its international gaming license.

Any dispute arising between you and dototo that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
